If I were a butterfly

Bees would bear bright and yellow honey
I would fly and hop on it like a bunny
they would, in song, fire firebrands
I, like the clever jackal, would hide my head

Down the thirsty route I'd hither
And see snoring hippo summkon me thither
The cool water sluicing my barren throat
The cold snake down the spine and down his throat

I'd on the dome of camel sail
And swallow the wind so pale
Until the furnace appears
And heightens all my fears

After lion I'd drag
So all fortune would beg
But lion knows lion
